December 10th & 17th, 2011 - 8:30pm to 10:30pm Grades 5-8
January 15th & 29th, 2012 - 8:30pm-10:30pm Grades 9-12

Summer 2012 Next Level Preparation Clinic and Evaluation Camp is for players interested in the following teams:

The goal of the Next Level Preparation Clinic and Evaluation Camp is to:
- Prepare a player for competitive lacrosse
- Teach effective lacrosse techniques
- Evaluate player’s strengths
- Evaluate areas that need improvement
- Enhance a player’s enjoyment of the sport
- Support a player’s sports development
- Have fun
Day One:
Next Level Preparation Clinic - The Clinic will focus on needed skills, the evaluation process and how a player can deliver their best in a competitive evaluation environment.
Warm Up:
- Stretch and warm-up
- Line drill session
Clinic:
- Passing techniques
- Efficient body mechanics
- Shooting
- Defensive body positioning
- Agility
- Ground ball – forcing, retrieving, handling
- Situational game play: 4v3, 5v4, etc.
Day Two:
Evaluation and Tryout – Our focus is on player achievement and enhancing player enjoyment in a positive and encouraging environment. In this session players will demonstrate the competitive lacrosse skill set emphasized on day one.
Evaluation Itinerary:
- Stretch and warm-up
- Drill session
- Situational game play
This evaluation format will benefit players through learning in an encouraging and supportive environment.
